WE ARE A NETWORK OF RELATIONSHIPS
It is at the core of everything we do. GO-DRN coordinates with local and state government, disaster agencies, businesses, ministries and the local church. We facilitate and assist in communication, building bridges and fostering trust and understanding between the various groups involved.
WE ARE DISASTER PREPAREDNESS
We offer a variety of different training classes to prepare Christians emotionally, spiritually and physically for effectively respond in times of disaster. Our focus is to train them to be prepared as an individual or family and equipped to help their neighbor or city. GO-DRN also prepares churches to respond to emergencies within their community.
WE ARE DISASTER RELIEF OPERATORS
We deploy trained volunteers in times of disaster in multiple areas such as: Incident Command, Trauma and Emotional Care, Chaplaincy, Case Management, Sponsoring Surviving Families, Call Center Operations, Warehouse, Clean-Up, and more.
WAYS TO JOIN
CHURCHES, MINISTRIES & ORGANIZATIONS
GO-DRN is open to all Christian churches, non-profit organizations and ministries that are willing to mobilize and walk alongside FEMA, the Red Cross, the City of Orlando and other government and non-government agencies to compliment and assist their efforts in serving during times of great need. GO-DRN is asking your church, ministry or business to join this network to better server Greater Orlando in the name of Christ.
COMMUNITY BUSINESS PARTNERS
GO-DRN is looking for businesses, corporations, organizations or groups within the community that can partner with us to provide available resources, financial support and collaborate efforts in and out of disaster response.
COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS & INDIVIDUALS
GO-DRN is open to all Christians that are willing to train and mobilize under church leadership to assist those affected by disaster by serving during times of great need. GO-DRN is asking you to join this network to better serve Greater Orlando in the name of Christ. We welcome Community Volunteers or those wanting to join as Network Volunteers.
